Over the last couple of years I’ve come to the realisation that I love easy convenient DIY’s I guess you would call it my hobby. Whether it’s been in the work environment, or outside of work, I enjoy hands on tasks rather than sitting in-front of the computer. I quite like DIY's, as it gives me a sense of achievement, creating something from scratch.
What I like about DIY’s is that your are forced to start with your hands. You do a bit of research and scribble it down in your notebook, then you’re up and about to Bunnings, the craft store, spotlight to collect all your ingredients or bits and bobs. Minimal time spent on the computer.
It’s something I constantly have to remind myself that starting with a pen and paper, or kneading clay, cutting or folding paper is where the fun and creativity really flows. Something that I’m still pushing myself to put into practice in my career.
So for this page ‘One the side’ here are visual documentations of the hands on hobbies that I have completed during a period of time.
